We offer several basic service levels
which include the following:

Hors D'oeuvres only:
Hors D'oeuvres on elegant platters with cocktail napkins are passed around to guests throughout the evening (approximately 4 hours). There is 10 selections of Hors D'oeuvres for this option, otherwise there is 6 for the other menu options ( *some items count as 2 selections)

Buffet Service:
Service includes Buffet service and removal of used dinnerware.

Partial Buffet/Full service:
Service includes full service to head table, partial service to guest tables - Wine, water, coffee pots and removal of used dinnerware.

Platter Service:
Each course is served on a platter delivered to each table with appropriate helpings of each course for the entire table. Service includes wine, water, coffee, also dinnerware placement and removal.

Full Service:
Full service from the Hors D'oeuvres to the coffee service.

Bar Service:
From Super Premium Bar Service to Bar Service only (Provide your own alcohol).
