The Process
During the initial meeting, whether that takes place over the phone or otherwise, the following things will be discussed. Basic information regarding the planned event. What type of event is it, number of guests, location, date and approximate budget. Following the initial conversation, arrangements will be made to send (by fax, mail or email), or personally deliver some information about our Company along with some sample menu's and pictures.

During the follow up conversation, we will discuss your needs and concerns by a series of questions relating to the event; i.e. where you are at in the planning stages, what has gone well, what has gone wrong, what they envision, what they liked and didn't like about other events they have attended etc. A meeting will be arranged to give a prepared presentation, using a table displayed as it will be for the event and a file started by client name and date of the event. Also some basics such as colors, style, theme, menu selections and budget will be determined, though this may change slightly as finer details are considered.

Then the process of how things will occur will be discussed.Should you decide to book your event with us at that time (or sometime afterward), a deposit of 50% will be required.

Within 1 Week
We will provide you with a detailed plan and costing for your event including a general floor plan of the venue and/or a sketch with all of the details to be considered
1. Areas to be decorated -What decorations to be used
2. Where special tables will be located (cake, gift, food, head)
2. as well as DJ, entrance (if more than one), bar (if portable) etc.
3. Size of guest tables according to number of guests and floor area.

Within 1 Month

Decide on which companies will be used for the event (DJ, Bartender(s), Band, Organist, Decorator, Florist) and obtain contracts with all for that date. Schedule a sample dinner for two including all items to be used at the event - napkins, centerpieces, dinnerware, salt & pepper, stemware, flatware etc.

2-3 Weeks
prior to the Event
Go over finalized guest list, menu, décor and contract companies to be used at the event and finalize all details of what time installations and set-up will occur, what time the bar is opened/closed, when dinner will be served as well as hors díoeuvres, midnight buffet (do they want coffee served at midnight buffet) as well as any other details to be considered.

2 Days prior to the Event
Finalize all details with both the client and the contract companies.

Day of the Wedding
Meet with Bride/Groom for a few minutes to go over final invoice. Payment is due before nights end.
